Hi! Thank you for taking the time to browse through this website. I am a Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) with over 13000 hours of teaching experience. I have practised yoga for thirty-three years and have been teaching for the past twenty.
From here you can find your way around my yoga pages which I hope will help you to learn a little about the elements of yoga practice and philosophy. I teach yoga classes in Scunthorpe, Brigg, Waddingham and Epworth in North Lincolnshire. Every yoga teacher is different and will teach in their own way. For me, the well-being of the people I am teaching is what is most important. I hope that the content of these pages and my teaching will help you to understand and manage yourself and your life.
I am based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, UK and deliver mindfulness lessons and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses (MBSR) throughout North Lincolnshire, surrounding counties and worldwide online. I started meditation in 1987 followed a year later by the practise of yoga, since 2000 I have made my living through yoga teaching and now delivering mindfulness.
I undertook my teacher training to deliver Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through Bangor University, where I was fortunate to work with Pam Erdmann a working colleague of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the UMASS Centre for Mindfulness - the originator of MBSR. I have CPD most recently (2017) with Melissa Blacker and David Rynick at Oxford University Centre for Mindfulness.
I am available to deliver corporate yoga classes in your work place or to work one to one or with couples in your home.

North Lincolnshire Council awill be delivering indoor
yoga lessons respectinggovernment and national
organising body Covid-19 guidelines.
There will be strict social distancing measures.
Equipment used will be sanitised pre and post class.
The experience will be different and one to which
we will all need to adjust.
Class numbers and times are reduced and limited
under guidance. Entry and exit to the centres
will be structured and controlled differently
than prior to lockdown.
